About us

On the left bank of the river Mtkvari in the district of Digomi you can find a two-storey restaurant of Georgian and Russian cuisine, where guests are served and entertained in European standards.

Visitors can enjoy traditional Georgian dishes prepared at high level, including shashlik, pork ribs, several kinds of phali, as well as the specialty of the house "Babilo." Russian chef Maxim variegates culinary map of the city, as not every restaurant in Tbilisi can offer so many different dishes of fish and other products by Russian recipes, including specialty "Goldfish" by Maxim. Beer lovers appreciate the proper "Staropramen" at an unbeatable price of 2.80 GEL. The cost of the dinner per person on average is 60 GEL.

The interior is European-inspired with white and cream colors and exquisite furniture. Restaurant "Babilo" is able to receive 100 guests on the ground floor and 270 persons on the second. Additionally, visitors can relax on one of the two porches.

Extensive entertainment program has been appreciated by hundreds of guests so far. Every day after 8:00 pm you can enjoy live music performed by the ensemble under the leadership of opera conductor Gela Fanchukidze. In its repertoire you can find modern pop songs, piano and the violin solos. Also the ensemble "Scherzo", performing passionate, classical and modern dances, doesn't make weary even the most experienced guests.

Convenient parking is always available there. The restaurant is open every day from 14 pm to 1 am.
