In one of the most luxury districts of the capital (Old Town) you can find a restaurant of traditional Uzbek cuisine. It is located on the right bank of the Kura River near the Peace Bridge in the historic building of the XVI century, decorated with oriental patterns. From the terrace of the place you can enjoy the fascinating view of the main attractions of Tbilisi.

"Gruzbek" welcomes its guests in one of the two main halls, VIP-room and on the veranda. Total capacity of the restaurant is 180 persons. Rooms were decorated by masters of Bukhara.
The menu consists of dishes of Uzbek cuisine, masterfully created by four chefs from Uzbekistan. In addition, guests have the opportunity to order several items of Georgian cuisine, such as pkhali and eggplant with walnuts and sauce. Among the best selling dishes are pilaf, shish kebab, chuchvara, Lagman and baklava. The average dinner for two persons costs 25 GEL, but tourists and diplomats have a discount of 18%.

The restaurant creates a relaxing atmosphere where guests have a rest, smoke hookah or have a meeting. Every day except Monday you can see the belly dance. Restaurant arranges corporate and birthday parties, where guests can listen to live music.

Visitors can enjoy free wireless internet and parking. The restaurant accepts all kinds of credit cards. "Gruzbek" is open daily from 11 am until the last guest leaves.
